January 2020 issue

Happy New Year one and all! How are those New Year’s resolutions going?

I have to tell you that my number one resolution is to spend more time with my dogs and cats. Last year was such a rush with work and responsibilities. I was absolutely exhausted by the end, and I’m not sure it was even worth all the stress.

So, this year we are planning to take at least four trips with the dogs. We are going hiking and sightseeing. I know this will be harder than it sounds, seeing that Rolo does not enjoy car rides. As with anything, we will start with shorter distances and work our way up.

Please send us some of your New Year’s resolutions. We would love to find out what you’re getting up to!
As per our tradition, this cover features our 2020 Cover Model Winner. We find ourselves with another fluffy munchkin, called Tequila, posing on our magazine cover. Isn’t he just the cutest! You can read all about Tequila, his siblings and his doting mom on page eight.

On page fourteen we have the tale of Zeus, a Staffie that went missing for two years. He has reunited with his dad thanks to the amazing work of the PDSA team and his microchip. Micro-chipping is such an important part of pet ownership. Please do not neglect this simple procedure and have your chip checked whenever your pet goes to the vet. It takes a couple of minutes.

As always, the rest of the magazine is full of heart-warming community initiatives, some fascinating facts and expert advice.
Please let us know if there is anything specific that you would like to see in here this year. We love hearing from you.
Until next time!

In an effort to keep our paper usage to a minimum we have decided to continue with our digital issues! From now on, every issue, bought from our online store, will assist our efforts in helping animals. Thank you for choosing Prints with a Purpose!
