What does balance look like to you? For some it is carving out time between work and family, for others it might be a quiet walk after a busy day or simply remembering to breathe when life feels a little too loud. Balance is different for each of us, yet we all know when it is missing. The same is true for our pets. They thrive when their lives are steady, with routines that keep them healthy, happy, and loved.

That is why I am so excited about this issue. Our cover star, Graeme Richards, is someone who knows all about balance. From live television to family life and his passion for fitness
and animal welfare, he has mastered the art of juggling it all while staying grounded. Joining him on the cover are his two loyal dachshunds, Lola and Leo, who remind us that balance is
also about joy, play, and unconditional love.

We have taken the theme a step further with a fantastic article from the team at Kinetix Animal Physiotherapy. Their piece, Core of Balance: Why Stability and Symmetry Matter for
your Pet’s Health, shines a light on the importance of physical balance for our pets. It is not only about preventing injury, but also about improving mobility, comfort, and quality of life.
